Safeguards
Assay publishes information about real companies’ assets, so its safeguards are part of the product, not an afterthought.
Facts, not ratings
Section titled “Facts, not ratings”The board shows what was reported, when, by whom, with source links and timestamps. No grades, rankings or opinions, and no colours that suggest a judgment. Missing information shows as unknown; Assay never estimates a figure.
Right of reply
Section titled “Right of reply”Every asset page has an issuer correction link. Corrections are recorded in a public log with their date. A correction form is planned for T1.
Legal review
Section titled “Legal review”Board wording and disclaimers are reviewed by a lawyer before mainnet (planned for T3).
Clear limits
Section titled “Clear limits”Every page states that Assay is not an audit and not investment advice. Assay can’t detect an attestor who reports false but consistent figures; it shows disagreement between attestors and supply mismatches instead. See Limits.
No funds, no user data
Section titled “No funds, no user data”- Assay holds no funds. The guard never moves funds or holds tokens.
- The board uses only public ledger data and public
stellar.tomlfiles. - No analytics, cookies or accounts, on the board or on these docs.
